For everything there is a season.

The Lord is our compass

And so...tomorrow is the start of a new episode for two of mine.. and although I am thankful and relieved that this day has finally arrived...I can’t lie... I am filled with a sense of apprehension and anxiety mainly triggered by the impressions that my two are exhibiting.. but change must come.

Change is part of the life we live and something that we need to embrace knowing that it is for our betterment... it’s been a tough time for us all... I applaud every mother, every father, every grandparent, every teacher, every person that has contributed to teaching our kids not only academically but about survival ... we can never undermine the importance of life skills.. thank you to every person that has tried to make the lives of our children productive and bearable through this weird period of our lives.

And so, as I meditate on what this new next season will bring... I came across one of Charles Stanley quotes: -

“Oftentimes God demonstrates His faithfulness in adversity by providing for us what we need to survive. He does not change our painful circumstances. He sustains us through them.”
